A Night of Jazz with the Spa City Stompers

Get ready for a toe-tapping fun time. Musicians include George “Doc” Ryan, trumpet; Earl Hesse, clarinet; John Leisenring, trombone; Clyde Pound, keyboard; David Higginbotham, bass; and Paul Stivitts, drums. Sing along with “When the Saints Go Marching In,” “Won’t You Come Home Bill Bailey,” “Do You Know What It Means to Miss New Orleans,” etc. 

 

The SpaCity Stompers continue to promise the live performance of traditional jazz music. This group is a popular, entertaining band for both listening and dancing pleasures. These talented musicians truly are “All Stars” as they have individually played for some of the top bands, with performances ranging from New Orleans, to Hollywood, to Hawaii.

 

Their vast array of musical selections enables them to play and sing a wide variety of numbers, certain to please all listeners. The interactions between The SpaCity Stompers and the audience is fun and one can sense the rhythmic connection. The band’s enthusiasm for their craft is contagious and their desire to entertain easily makes them a fan favorite!
